Research Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of primary B2B and industrial research studies to provide actionable insights.
• Manage data collection processes, ensuring accuracy, quality, and ethical compliance.
• Perform data quality checks, including identifying inconsistent answers and implementing validation rules.
• Utilize statistical methods to identify outliers and unusual patterns in data.
• Test programmed surveys, resolve programming bugs, and manage internal pilots.
• Conduct unstructured business/qualitative interviews and train moderators.
• Direct analysis teams and apply quantitative techniques to deliver evidence-based reports.
• Manage client relationships and align research objectives with business goals.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of primary research experience.
• Proven capability to work on both qualitative and quantitative projects.
• Experience in client relationship management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Strong knowledge of statistical methods and research design.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in research design and planning, including developing questionnaires and discussion guides.
• Ability to communicate and present complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong interest in staying updated with the latest developments in market research.
