Responsibilities
- Perform tasks and responsibilities required to produce high-quality market research deliverables
- Load, test, and proofread research surveys and content on staging
- Design and program research instruments using qualitative and quantitative methodologies
- Manage project timelines and coordinate with cross-functional teams
- Assist with daily moderation of research activities and extract insights
- Analyze data and develop insightful results in clear, visually appealing formats
- Mentor and train junior team members
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Minimum 2 years of market research experience
- Proficiency in market research tools and statistical software (SPSS, SAS, Qualtrics, or Alchemer)
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and project management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Moderating experience with IDIs or focus groups
