Responsibilities

• Perform tasks and responsibilities required to produce high-quality market research deliverables
• Load, test, and proofread research surveys and content on staging
• Design and program research instruments using qualitative and quantitative methodologies
• Manage project timelines and coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Assist with daily moderation of research activities and extract insights
• Analyze data and develop insightful results in clear, visually appealing formats
• Mentor and train junior team members

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Minimum 2 years of market research experience
• Proficiency in market research tools and statistical software (SPSS, SAS, Qualtrics, or Alchemer)
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Strong attention to detail and project management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Moderating experience with IDIs or focus groups
