Research Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for client communication and manage key accounts
• Manage, implement, and coordinate complex research projects autonomously
• Write study proposals and propose appropriate methodologies and research approaches
• Prepare estimates and contribute to contract negotiations
• Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within budget, and meet quality standards
• Write reports using storytelling and present results with actionable recommendations
• Moderate expert panel sessions and manage panel performance
• Collaborate with the Data Solutions Hub and fieldwork teams

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in market research and/or sensory research
• Knowledge of food, personal care, or OTC pharma products
• Understanding of quantitative and qualitative consumer research methodologies
• Knowledge of sensory methodologies and statistics
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and oral)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills
