About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for client communication and manage key accounts
- Manage, implement, and coordinate complex research projects autonomously
- Write study proposals and propose appropriate methodologies and research approaches
- Prepare estimates and contribute to contract negotiations
- Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within budget, and meet quality standards
- Write reports using storytelling and present results with actionable recommendations
- Moderate expert panel sessions for training and evaluation
- Collaborate with the Data Solutions Hub and fieldwork teams
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of industry experience in market research and/or sensory research
- Knowledge of food, personal care, or OTC pharma products
- Understanding of quantitative and qualitative consumer research methodologies
- Knowledge of sensory methodologies and statistics
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills
