About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead 2-3 FMCG accounts and build partnership relationships with clients
- Ensure revenue targets for assigned accounts are achieved
- Oversee timely, accurate, and high-quality project delivery
- Negotiate contracts and specifications technically, methodologically, and financially
- Consult clients on FMCG product research and prepare proposals
- Manage end-to-end project delivery including questionnaire creation, data interpretation, and reporting
- Supervise fieldwork and line manage a junior team of 1-3 researchers
- Develop innovative research solutions and participate in internal projects
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of industry experience
- Significant FMCG product testing experience (HUTs, CLTs, IDIs)
- Significant experience in quantitative consumer research methodologies
- Solid understanding of qualitative research methodologies
- Experience in a Senior Research Executive role
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
