Research Manager

Responsibilities

• Design and implement research studies regarding trends, data, and opportunities within the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
• Produce actionable content including e-books, reports, infographics, data visualizations, and podcasts.
• Translate complex findings into clear, useful insights for entrepreneurs and strategic allies.
• Collaborate closely with the Data team to build compelling narratives from hard information.
• Identify emerging trends to develop editorial or institutional proposals.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in research, strategic content, or data storytelling.
• Proven track record of combining rigorous analysis with inspiring, actionable narratives.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (written and verbal) for global contexts.
• Expertise in study design and insight generation.
• Strong editorial writing and data visualization skills.
• Proficiency with tools such as Claude, Flourish, or CB Insights.
• Experience using Google Workspace, Airtable, and Notion.
• Deep knowledge of the entrepreneurial ecosystem and innovation trends.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to present ideas effectively to diverse audiences, including panels, webinars, and the press.
• Strong analytical and structured thinking skills.
• High level of curiosity and the initiative to propose new research directions.
