Research Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan, oversee, and prepare market studies, feasibility studies, and highest and best use studies based on client requirements
• Spearhead research efforts including managing surveys, in-depth interviews, and conducting field work
• Analyze data to generate market insights, trends, and strategic recommendations to aid client decision-making
• Model project financials for various sectors including residential and office
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all research and advisory activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Real Estate Management, or a related field
• 5+ years of professional work experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to use pivot tables
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to travel for field work and research purposes

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in market research or consultancy
• Background working with real estate developers
