Research Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan, oversee, and prepare market studies, feasibility studies, and highest and best use studies
• Spearhead research efforts including surveys, in-depth interviews, and field work
• Analyze data to generate market insights, trends, and strategic recommendations
• Model project financials for residential, office, and other sectors
• Maintain high levels of confidentiality in all research conduct

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Real Estate Management, or related fields
• 5+ years of work experience, preferably in market research, consultancy, or real estate development
• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, and MS Office applications
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to travel
