Research Leader

Responsibilities

• Manage a multi-themed technology data and research program and develop into an industry-acknowledged analyst.
• Represent the firm and share points of view regarding digital technologies (AI, blockchain, cloud, IoT, etc.) at conferences, media outlets, and boardroom presentations.
• Advise CXOs and senior leadership teams at Global 2000 enterprises on future technology roadmaps and strategies.
• Own the development and delivery of an annual research agenda, including market reports, white papers, and webinars.
• Establish innovative research processes, methodologies, and frameworks to develop impactful, repeatable insights.
• Design surveys to provide data for firm publications and critically review reports written by other analysts.
• Support the sales team by responding to inquiries from current and potential customers.

Requirements

• MBA or equivalent from a Tier 1 institute.
• 8-16 years of experience in research, strategy, or consulting domains.
• Significant exposure to and interest in emerging technologies.
• Familiarity with business IT topics such as enterprise software, cloud computing, security, or data management.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills, with experience writing to publication deadlines.
• Experience in survey design and best practices for ensuring data quality.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and reasoning skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Big 4 or other major strategy consulting firms.
• Previous experience working with leading tech industry analyst firms.
