Research Lead

Responsibilities

• Build the research function from the ground up, including methodology, cadence, panel, and tooling
• Lead full-cycle customer research including interviews, surveys, diary studies, concept tests, and in-context observation
• Partner cross-functionally to test new features, refine UX, and pressure-test product bets before they ship
• Translate complex qualitative and quantitative signals into sharp, opinionated recommendations for leadership
• Implement AI-native workflows using Claude and modern AI stacks to accelerate research cycles and deepen insights

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in product or UX research that directly influenced business decisions and product roadmaps
• Deep expertise in research methodologies and best practices (e.g., diary studies, surveys, significance sizing)
• AI-native approach with proficiency in using Claude or equivalent agentic research tooling
• Strong data judgment and the ability to distill complex findings into compelling, decision-ready narratives
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally alongside PMs, designers, and executives
