About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain laboratory operations, including animal census, routine animal tasks, reagent management, and waste disposal
- Contribute to the design, execution, and evaluation of research projects
- Perform cell culture, molecular and biochemical assays, and animal procedures including euthanasia and necropsy
- Collect, analyze, and interpret experimental data
- Present research progress during laboratory meetings
- Train users on equipment operation and laboratory techniques
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology and Immunology or a related field
- Proficiency in experimental mouse procedures, including euthanasia and necropsy
- 1-3 years of experience in a related research field
Preferred Qualifications
- Master of Science degree in Microbiology and Immunology or a related field
- Strong willingness to learn and develop new technical skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and persistence in completing complex tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
