About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare protein and RNA for analysis of protein and gene expression
- Perform immunoblotting, quantitative PCR, immunohistochemistry, and flow cytometry for cell-based and in vivo studies
- Conduct flow cytometry experiments to analyze cell surface marker protein expression in cancer cell lines
- Manage general laboratory maintenance, including ordering supplies and organizing the laboratory
- Perform other duties as assigned to support research objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in biology or a related field
- 1-3 years of laboratory experience in a molecular biology laboratory
- Proven competence in performing western blotting
- Highly motivated, organized, and a willingness to learn new techniques and concepts
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
