About the role

Responsibilities

  • Prepare protein and RNA for analysis of protein and gene expression
  • Perform immunoblotting, quantitative PCR, immunohistochemistry, and flow cytometry for cell-based and in vivo studies
  • Conduct flow cytometry experiments to analyze cell surface marker protein expression in cancer cell lines
  • Manage general laboratory maintenance, including ordering supplies and organizing the laboratory
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support research objectives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in biology or a related field
  • 1-3 years of laboratory experience in a molecular biology laboratory
  • Proven competence in performing western blotting
  • Highly motivated, organized, and a willingness to learn new techniques and concepts
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
