Research Intern - Robotic Hardware, Simulation and Data

Responsibilities

• Conduct cutting-edge research in areas such as humanoid and general robotics, human data collection hardware, or large-scale robotic simulation.
• Support the development of deformable object simulation and its utilization in Reinforcement Learning (RL) training.
• Work on human data processing, including retargeting, pose estimation, and SLAM.
• Collaborate closely with Research Scientists and Engineers to produce high-quality research publications for submission to top-tier conferences.
• Utilize industry-leading tools and massive datasets to deploy methods into autonomous and robotic systems.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a PhD or MSc in machine learning, computer vision, graphics, or robotics.
• Strong research background and technical skills in relevant academic or industrial topics.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced research environment.
• A passion for developing next-generation, scalable autonomy and robotics.
