Responsibilities

• Contribute to cutting-edge AI-powered products like Snowflake Intelligence
• Conduct research on foundational and applied AI topics
• Experiment with scalable ML systems and integrate new methods into Snowflake’s AI stack
• Formulate and explore open-ended research questions

Requirements

• Actively enrolled in a PhD or MSc in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Strong foundation in ML theory, deep learning architectures, and statistical modeling
• Exposure to ML frameworks such as PyTorch, JAX, or TensorFlow
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team
• Strong communication skills for presenting technical insights

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong research background with publications at top-tier ML conferences (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, ACL, EMNLP, CVPR, ICCV)
