Research & Insights Manager

We Are Social is a global, socially-led creative agency with over 1,300 employees in 17 offices worldwide. We help brands develop ideas that people talk about by understanding online communities, cultures, and subcultures across the social landscape.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market, target group, and competitor analyses
• Create benchmark, trend, and insight reports
• Analyze social media platforms, digital trends, and creator/influencer activities
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting structures
• Analyze and interpret KPI and performance data
• Derive data-driven insights and actionable recommendations
• Visually and content-wise prepare findings for presentations and workshops
• Collaborate closely with Strategy, Data, Creative, and Client teams
• Support strategic questions and pitches

Requirements

• 2–3 years of professional experience in agency, research, strategy, or social media environments
• Strong understanding of social media, digital trends, and online culture
• Experience working with data, reports, and analysis tools
• Interest in communication, consumer behavior, and cultural developments
• Structured, independent, and reliable way of working
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
