About the role
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and support new research projects and interventions focused on trauma recovery for technology-facilitated gender-based violence survivors.
- Partner with peer scholars and Center leadership to improve methods for designing and measuring the impact of global health projects.
- Prepare and present study progress, outcomes, and results at regular team meetings and national conferences.
- Write scholarly manuscripts for publication in peer-reviewed journals.
- Contribute to the research productivity and capacity of Low- and Middle-Income Country (LMIC) partner institutions.
- Explore research dissemination activities to transform empirical findings into actionable and scalable solutions.
Requirements
- Completion of a PhD or other terminal degree.
- Proven experience in protocol creation and program evaluation.
- Demonstrated expertise in both quantitative and qualitative research methods.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Experience with and a willingness to work in low-resource settings.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across different disciplines and cultures.
- Ability to work independently while assuming increasing responsibility.
