Research Fellow

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support new research projects and interventions focused on trauma recovery for technology-facilitated gender-based violence survivors.
• Partner with peer scholars and Center leadership to improve methods for designing and measuring the impact of global health projects.
• Prepare and present study progress, outcomes, and results at regular team meetings and national conferences.
• Write scholarly manuscripts for publication in peer-reviewed journals.
• Contribute to the research productivity and capacity of Low- and Middle-Income Country (LMIC) partner institutions.
• Explore research dissemination activities to transform empirical findings into actionable and scalable solutions.

Requirements

• Completion of a PhD or other terminal degree.
• Proven experience in protocol creation and program evaluation.
• Demonstrated expertise in both quantitative and qualitative research methods.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with and a willingness to work in low-resource settings.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across different disciplines and cultures.
• Ability to work independently while assuming increasing responsibility.
