Research Fellow

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support new research projects and interventions focusing on HIV acquisition risks and depressive symptoms in adolescent girls and young women.
• Partner with peer scholars and Center leadership to improve methods for designing and measuring the impact of global health projects.
• Prepare and present study progress, outcomes, and results at regular team meetings and national conferences.
• Write scholarly manuscripts for publication in peer-reviewed journals.
• Contribute to the research productivity and capacity of Low- and Middle-Income Country (LMIC) partner institutions.
• Explore research dissemination activities to transform empirical findings into actionable and scalable solutions.

Requirements

• PhD or other terminal degree.
• Demonstrated expertise in both quantitative and qualitative research methods.
• Experience in protocol creation and program evaluation.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently, assume responsibility, and collaborate across disciplines and cultures.
• Willingness to work in low-resource settings.
