Research Fellow

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of a high-quality mixed-methods evaluation for the COMMAND-Well Project
• Collect, analyse, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data to generate evidence-based insights
• Translate research findings into impactful outputs, including reports, peer-reviewed publications, and presentations
• Collaborate closely with project leaders, governance stakeholders, and consortium partners
• Provide expert advice to support organisational change and research excellence
• Foster a collaborative research environment through professional supervision and commitment to ethics

Requirements

• PhD or postgraduate qualifications in a relevant field such as psychology
• Demonstrated experience in evaluating psychological or public health programs or interventions
• Strong quantitative and qualitative data analysis skills
• Proven track record of producing high-quality research outputs and peer-reviewed publications
• Deep understanding of research ethics, data governance, and sensitive data management
• Knowledge of workplace stress, psychosocial hazards, and risk, ideally within high-risk operational environments
