Research Fellow Grade 2, Implementation Science

Responsibilities

• Drive impactful research in critical care through guideline development and translational implementation science within the ICU-SYNERGY program
• Support the Professor of Intensive Care Nursing in leading implementation science initiatives
• Collaborate with researchers at the ANZIC Research Centre at Monash University
• Engage with consumers and clinicians in the conduct of research projects
• Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across clinical and academic settings
• Publish research results in peer-reviewed journals and present findings to diverse audiences

Requirements

• PhD or equivalent research experience in health services, implementation science, or a related field
• Demonstrated research experience in implementation science, including co-design and consumer engagement
• Expertise in applying mixed methods approaches to healthcare data analysis
• Proven experience in developing collaborative research proposals for internal or external funding
• Strong scientific publication history in peer-reviewed journals
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Clinical experience in intensive care is highly desirable
