Research Engineer/Scientist, Memory

Responsibilities

• Define key abstractions of the LLM memory layer
• Build memory architectures supporting temporal sequences, episodic experiences, semantic knowledge, and procedural skills
• Research memory sharing between multiple agents for effective multi-agent collaboration
• Improve context management techniques to solve long-context and context derailment problems
• Run evaluations for measuring and improving agent memory
• Advance the field through open publishing of research, papers, technical reports, and open-source code

Requirements

• Deep expertise in LLMs and retrieval
• Track record of impactful research through breakthrough publications or open source contributions
• Ability to balance execution speed with empirical rigor
• Proven real-world impact beyond pure academic work
