• Advance the frontier of AI alignment and capabilities through cutting-edge RL methods
• Work on training intelligent, aligned, and general-purpose agents
• Iterate quickly on reinforcement learning research and generative models
• Debug and improve large machine learning codebases

Requirements

• Background in reinforcement learning research
• Proficiency in coding
• Deep understanding of machine learning and its applications
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and technically complex environment
