Research Engineer/Research Scientist

Responsibilities

• Own and pursue a research agenda to improve model capability and performance
• Build robust evaluations for tracking modeling improvements
• Design, implement, test, and debug code across the research stack
• Collaborate closely with research and product teams to optimize model behavior, tool-use, and personalization

Requirements

• Deep understanding of machine learning and its applications
• Working knowledge of relevant models and experience building evaluations for model capability improvement
• Ability to dive into and debug large ML codebases
• Experience with product-driven research in a dynamic, technically complex environment
