Responsibilities

• Build researcher productivity tools including experiment tracking, literature research automation, and computational environment management
• Develop GTM and business operations automation including CRM systems, pipeline management, and proposal generation
• Create analytics and measurement infrastructure for research progress and operational metrics
• Automate operational processes for recruiting, marketing, and cross-functional workflows
• Build internal APIs and integrations connecting systems like Notion, Linear, and Slack
• Implement AI/LLM-powered tools leveraging RAG and agent orchestration
• Translate research ideas into robust, scalable, and high-quality code

Requirements

• Excellent programming skills in Julia, Python, C++, or ML-family languages
• Ability to digest research from venues such as PLDI, POPL, NeurIPS, or ICML
• Experience with LLM-powered automation (OpenAI API, Anthropic Claude, LangChain)
• Demonstrated technical achievements in ML engineering
• Experience identifying high-impact automation opportunities within research or operational workflows
• Skill in user-centric design for internal tools
