Requirements

• Direct experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) or Vision-Language Models (VLMs)
• Strong research background in Natural Language Processing or Machine Learning
• Proven track record in solving complex problems in language understanding or multimodal AI
• Proficient programming skills in Python
• Experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, JAX, or TensorFlow
• Experience in distributed training and model optimization
• Ability to communicate research findings to technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• PhD in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, or related field
• Research and engineering experience with meta-learning or parameter-efficient adaptation
• First authored publications in conferences like ACL, EMNLP, NeurIPS, ICML, or ICLR
• Research expertise in LLM reasoning, hypernetworks, multi-task learning, or Online Continual Learning
• Kaggle experience
