Research Engineer, Monetization AI

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement large-scale model architectures using model scaling and transfer learning techniques
• Prioritize training scalability and signal scaling to optimize model performance and reliability
• Research and apply Reinforcement Learning (RL) techniques, including RLHF and long-term value optimization
• Design and implement generative modeling solutions for data augmentation
• Develop and deploy AutoML pipelines and research graph-aware large language models
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize ML systems through hardware-software co-design, including quantization and compression

Requirements

• Research experience in deep learning, reinforcement learning, NLP, computer vision, or related areas
• Programming experience in Python
• Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch
• Must obtain and maintain work authorization in the country of employment

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a relevant technical field
• First author publications at peer-reviewed AI conferences (e.g., NeurIPS, CVPR, ICML, ICLR)
• Experience taking research ideas from concept to production
• Experience implementing responsible and ethical AI practices, such as bias mitigation
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and communicate technical tradeoffs cross-functionally
