Research Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build engineering-driven research ideas with self-motivation
• Develop and collaborate on impactful research projects
• Align, scale, and demonstrate research products to internal and external users
• Design and improve state-of-the-art datasets, models, architectures, and algorithms in machine learning
• Write scientific articles and contribute to the research track record
• Work on topics including natural language understanding, reinforcement learning, multimodal learning, and neural combinatorial optimization

Requirements

• Strong programming skills and project portfolio
• Strong proficiency in deep learning frameworks
• Familiarity with state-of-the-art research topics and methods

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong research and publication track record
• Strong mathematical insights and large-scale modeling experience
• Experience in large-scale learning, parallelism, and high-performance implementations
• Advanced degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) with publications in major machine learning conferences
