About the role
Responsibilities
- Research and implement LLM-based agent models for autonomous behavior and interaction of virtual characters in games
- Research and implement agent models/harnesses for game content generation and expansion
- Optimize inference and serving for real-time constraints and large-scale operating environments
- Perform performance verification for serving pipelines
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Master's or PhD in AI, Computer Science, or a related technical field
- Ability to quickly understand LLM/Deep Learning papers and translate hypotheses into experiments
- Ability to adapt quickly to new domains
- Strong communication skills for collaborative work
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience publishing papers in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICLR, ICML, ACL, AIIDE, etc.)
- Research or development experience in LLM Agents, Multi-agent Systems, or Tool-use
- Experience with LLM inference optimization (serving, quantization, KV cache, etc.)
- Experience or strong interest in applying AI to game or simulation environments
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with non-technical roles (Game Design, Art, Business, etc.)
