We build massive-scale infra to crawl the entire web, train state-of-the-art embedding models to process it, and design super high performant vector databases to retrieve over it. We now power search for Cursor, Cognition, HubSpot, and over 400,000 developers.

Responsibilities

• Work across the search and retrieval stack including crawling, parsing, ML performance, and retrieval algorithms
• Design and ship new parsers to improve retrieval performance
• Improve throughput and latency of ML models
• Optimize web crawler speed and efficiency
• Improve end quality of search endpoints for customers

Requirements

• High attention to detail regarding customer needs and system implementation
• Strong intellectual horsepower and ability to go deep on technical problems
• Ability to work across different systems and ship code fast
• Passion for solving the problem of finding high-quality information
