Research Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build state-of-the-art AI agentic pipelines optimized for discovering intricate software vulnerabilities and generating exploits
• Design, maintain, and evolve evaluation benchmarks for AI agents that reflect real-world user problems
• Design and develop training procedures and reinforcement learning environments to train security coding agents
• Work on a product that solves critical security problems by finding and remediating vulnerabilities in customer and open source codebases

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-time experience in AI research engineering (machine learning, deep learning, or NLP)
• Experience developing machine learning models at scale from inception to business impact
• Strong programming skills in Python and hands-on experience with frameworks such as PyTorch
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent industry experience
• Ability to solve complex problems with simple, reliable, and scalable solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Reinforcement Learning (RL)
• Strong intuition for model evaluation and benchmarking
