About the Company

Composio is building infrastructure that allows agents to communicate with the tools you use for work, including GitHub, Gmail, Notion, and Salesforce. We are a small team of engineers solving complex problems from context to search to provide the most capable bridge between agents and tools. We recently raised a $25M Series A from Lightspeed.

Responsibilities

• Build large evaluations with real tool-calling data to measure model performance in long-horizon tool execution
• Work on search problems for finding semantically similar tools and cached tool execution paths and plans
• Train large agentic harness systems to improve session accuracy using millions of real tool calls as baseline data
• Perform SFT on agentic traces and RL models on top of agentic harnesses and app sandboxes

Requirements

• Ability to independently execute against research goals
• Capability to prototype and test experiments very quickly
• Ability to work with product and engineering teams to move research ideas to production rapidly
• Strong technical writing skills to explain complex ideas clearly
