About the Company

Alpic is the all-in-one MCP hosting platform building the infrastructure for the agent-driven future. We aim to combine the ease of Vercel, the performance of CloudFlare, and the versatility of Kong’s API gateway for AI-native workflows.

Responsibilities

• Research parameters impacting the Tool Success Rate from user prompts in a black-box environment (LLM + MCP servers)
• Propose different MCP server architectures to maximize success rate using techniques like Reinforcement Learning or Fine-tuning
• Analyze factors such as prompts, context window, tool descriptions, and error messages
• Test results in product on Alpic infrastructure

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from a tier 1 school
• At least one relevant experience in software development
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with TypeScript, React, and Nest.js
• Experience in Research
• Interest in AI and MCP with personal projects in the space
