Research & Development Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program execution across the full engineering lifecycle from concept to productization
• Own program schedules, milestones, and deliverables across Systems, FPGA, Software, RF, Hardware, and QA teams
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration to identify and resolve technical or schedule blockers
• Track risks, dependencies, and issues while developing mitigation strategies
• Drive engineering cadence including design reviews, syncs, and status updates
• Maintain project documentation and dashboards using tools like Confluence and JIRA
• Prepare executive reports and presentations for senior management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant program management or engineering experience (or 3 years with an advanced degree)
• Proven experience managing complex hardware/software or wireless/networking programs
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in EE, ECE, or a related field with 8+ years of industry experience
• Technical fluency in wireless systems design, RF engineering, networking, or firmware/software integration
• Eligibility for U.S. Security Clearance
• Demonstrated success in technical program management or engineering leadership
