Research Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate trial conduct and administration to ensure all research activities follow established protocols
• Oversee participant recruitment and facilitate project completion through field work as needed
• Analyze study databases, interpret data, and generate progress and interim research reports
• Manage grant and ethics submissions and maintain various regulatory documentations
• Develop abstracts, manuscripts, and presentations for academic submission and meetings
• Ensure compliance with documentation requirements in accordance with Good Clinical Practice guidelines
• Act as a resource to the research team to identify and resolve potential project risks or issues

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline
• Minimum of two years of related research experience
• Experience in quantitative data analysis
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant discipline such as epidemiology, public health, or global health
• Previous experience coordinating large-scale public health projects
• Familiarity with HPV and cervical cancer research fields
• Experience with statistical software such as SPSS, SAS, or R, and NVivo
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple commitments and meet short deadlines
