About the role

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor the implementation of daily survey studies, including tracking responses and collaborating with community-based organizations (CBOs).
  • Oversee the implementation of annual surveys within Black youth communities.
  • Partner with CBO staff to achieve recruitment and data collection goals.
  • Conduct quantitative analyses of weekly survey distribution data.
  • Analyze participant response trends to ensure recruitment and retention milestones are met.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field with 3+ years of scientific research experience, OR a Master's degree in a related field with 2+ years of experience.
  • Proven experience in project management and human subjects research.
  • Proficiency in statistical computing programs such as SAS, R, or SPSS.
  • Proficiency with MS Office software.
  • Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to various research sites.

Preferred Qualifications

  • CITI Human Subjects Research Certification.
  • Experience with Institutional Review Board (IRB) protocols.
  • Experience with electronic data collection platforms, such as Qualtrics.
  • Background in operations and applied analysis.
