Research Associate/Senior Research Associate, In Vitro Pharmacology

Responsibilities

• Run established in vitro shuttle screening assays in a variety of cell types
• Maintain immortalized cell lines, primary cells, and iPSC-derived cells
• Develop and execute program-specific assays for lead candidate characterization
• Support lead shuttle characterization via receptor internalization, trafficking, and binding assays
• Support oligonucleotide programs through reagent testing and qualification (qPCR, Western blot, ELISA)
• Maintain accurate and organized data entry and analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic research environment

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree
• 1-2+ years of experience in biotech or pharma industry preferred
• Experience culturing immortalized, primary, or iPSC-derived cells
• Proficiency in molecular biology techniques including qRT-PCR and Western blotting
• Ability to optimize and troubleshoot molecular biology assays
• Strong attention to detail and data organization skills
• Ability to follow SOPs and work independently in high-throughput settings

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity or experience with oligonucleotide screening
• Flow cytometry and/or imaging experience
