About the role
Responsibilities
- Design logic models, research protocols, and research ethics applications
- Lead comprehensive evaluations of primary care practices
- Design surveys and interview questionnaires, manage data collection, and conduct analysis
- Conduct literature reviews, scoping/systematic reviews, and knowledge synthesis
- Supervise and delegate tasks to research and administrative staff
- Manage project activities, timelines, and grant application submissions
- Oversee knowledge translation, communications, and scientific manuscript co-authorship
Requirements
- PhD in health services research, public health, health policy, epidemiology, or a related discipline
- 2-4 years of post-PhD experience in health services and policy research
- Experience in mixed-methods research, including qualitative and quantitative study design
- Proficiency with software such as NVivo, R, SPSS, Stata, REDcap, or Qualtrics
- Experience with systematic and scoping reviews
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines
- Strong communication skills for manuscript preparation and stakeholder engagement
