Research Associate

Responsibilities

• Support the integration of OCRI programming and efforts into portfolio records
• Support the use of a portfolio of cybersecurity educational resources and tools
• Develop evaluations and assessments for portfolio artifacts
• Evaluate cybersecurity curricular materials
• Develop assessments for cybersecurity education curriculum and programs
• Develop training and programming to expand the use and quality of the cybersecurity library
• Support the development of OCRI educational programs such as capture the flag events and bootcamps
• Develop assessments and credentials for OCRI educational programs
• Collect, interpret, and report assessment data to leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Two years of relevant experience
• Or nine years of relevant work experience/specialized training in lieu of education

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Education, or a related field
• Experience in cybersecurity curriculum development
• Experience with academic assessment, program evaluation, or educational research
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and industry trends
