About the role
Responsibilities
- Support grant-funded research projects addressing aging, elder mistreatment, and dementia care
- Develop qualitative and quantitative research protocols and survey designs
- Manage data collection procedures, including recruitment and virtual focus groups
- Perform data cleaning, qualitative coding, and statistical analysis
- Conduct literature reviews and prepare research summaries, white papers, and reports
- Contribute to peer-reviewed journal articles and deliver presentations to partners and clients
- Assist with project management, including maintaining organized files and managing IRB interactions
- Supervise graduate research assistants as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years of relevant research work experience
- Proficiency in quantitative research methods and qualitative data analysis
- Experience with survey design and administration
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience or training focusing on older populations
- Demonstrated competence in multi-site project management
- Experience translating research findings into policy and practice
