Research Associate

Responsibilities

• Recruit industry experts by engaging with senior executives and industry leaders to secure relevant participants for in-depth interviews.
• Research complex sectors and identify key catalysts to source the right experts for client needs.
• Collaborate closely with Sector Analysts to shape research angles and develop insightful interview questions.
• Drive client impact by uncovering critical insights that inform smarter and faster investment decisions.
• Develop professional sales, negotiation, and research skills within a fast-paced commercial environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with strong academic standing from a top-tier university.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Professional fluency in Mandarin is highly preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence industry leaders.
• Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
• Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Prior work or internship experience is a plus; curiosity and drive are essential.
