Research Associate

Responsibilities

• Perform research on industries and businesses in the Pan-Asia region, focusing on the Japan market, to identify relevant C-level executives and industry experts.
• Engage with identified experts to invite them to participate in moderated research interviews.
• Assess expert insights for relevance and ensure engagement fees remain within budget.
• Build and monitor professional networks within assigned sectors according to content coverage strategies.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders across global offices to meet tight deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 0-2 years of professional or internship experience.
• Fluency in both spoken and written English and Japanese.
• A strong interest in financial markets and the alternative investments space.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with C-level executives.
• Proven desktop and phone-based research skills with a logical approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment under pressure.
• For fresh graduates, a GPA of 3.0 or higher is required.
