Research Associate

Responsibilities

• Recruit industry experts by engaging with senior executives and industry leaders to secure participants for in-depth interviews.
• Research complex sectors and identify key catalysts to source the right experts for client needs.
• Collaborate with Sector Analysts to shape research angles and develop insightful interview questions.
• Drive client impact by uncovering critical insights that inform investment decisions.
• Develop professional skills in sales, negotiation, and commercial research.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Professional fluency in Mandarin is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proven problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think on your feet.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment under tight deadlines.
• Prior work or internship experience is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degrees in engineering or technical studies are advantageous for semiconductor and tech hardware-focused roles.
• Immediate availability to start the 6-month contract.
