Research Associate

Responsibilities

• Recruit study participants through database calls, community events, and local outreach
• Conduct screening visits and protocol-specific study participant visits
• Assist staff physicians with the assessment of medications, adverse events, and lab results
• Maintain accurate study logs, participant tracking systems, and appointment calendars
• Prepare and monitor study supplies and stock levels within the clinic
• Label, inventory, and process plasma samples for shipment
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of source and CRF documentation
• Comply with Quality Management guidelines and perform necessary corrections in a timely manner

Requirements

• B.S. in a related life science field OR HS diploma/GED with relevant experience
• Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail
• Fluency in written and spoken English

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior clinical research, floor nursing, or psychiatric experience
• BSN, RN, or Master's degree
• Patient care experience
• Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or Spanish
