Research Associate

Responsibilities

• Conduct primary and secondary research activities, including qualitative research with corporate leaders and national experts
• Perform literature reviews, competitive scanning, market analysis, and analytical writing
• Ensure timely completion of project milestones for multiple research projects
• Coordinate faculty contributors and third-party consultants engaged in the research
• Define and support the execution of research dissemination strategies for project findings and reports

Requirements

• 4–5 years of related research experience in higher education, non-profit, or business settings
• Strong skills in primary and secondary research methodologies
• Experience with interview-based research design and qualitative research techniques
• Excellent critical thinking, analytical, writing, and project management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and content creation software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in an applied social sciences field, such as business, economics, education, or public policy
