Research Associate

Responsibilities

• Execute experiments and implement research plans under close guidance using established protocols
• Assist in data analysis and the preparation of experimental reports and presentations
• Participate in general laboratory maintenance, including managing supplies, equipment, and reagent inventories
• Process, aliquot, vial, and label materials to maintain organized laboratory operations
• Monitor and report on the infrastructure of specific laboratory or functional areas as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field
• Hands-on laboratory experience
• Strong knowledge of scientific fundamentals with an analytical background
• Basic data analysis skills and ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a life sciences discipline
• Previous industry experience in a laboratory setting
• Knowledge of immunoassay technology
• Proficiency with MS Excel, GraphPad Prism, and SharePoint
