Research Associate

Responsibilities

• Recruit market research participants via phone and cold calling
• Conduct online desk research to identify healthcare professional contact details
• Communicate project details clearly to participants
• Provide feedback on project feasibility based on market intelligence
• Complete phone screening for telephone and in-facility interviews
• Schedule and confirm qualitative respondents
• Manage panel engagement by onboarding new members and reactivating inactive accounts
• Provide professional support to members via telephone and email
• Perform data quality checks and panel verifications

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Hindi
• 1+ year of experience in a US Process or International Call Centre
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• High comfort level with telephone-based work
• Ability to work in an office setting in IST shift hours
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
