Responsibilities

• Perform lab tasks including cell culture, DNA-handling, and flow cytometry in a 384-well format
• Use liquid-handling robots for antibody stains, washes, and dilutions
• Troubleshoot experimental and equipment issues
• Follow SOPs to complete experiments and assays with accurate record keeping
• Assist in the preparation of customer-facing reports and deliverables
• Independently plan daily schedules and manage multiple projects
• Present data at team and company-wide meetings

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in biology, bioengineering, or a related field
• 1–2 years of laboratory experience (including internships or student jobs)
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel
• Ability to work in a collaborative, team-based environment
• Drive to work in a fast-paced environment focused on customer deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with mammalian or bacterial cell culture
• Experience with DNA mini-preps, bacterial transformations, or cell transfections
• Experience with automated liquid handling robots
