Research Associate, In Vivo

Responsibilities

• Execute in vivo experiments to evaluate efficacy and PKPDTE relationships
• Conduct murine-based tumor model studies including dosing and health monitoring
• Perform mouse necropsies, tissue harvest, and blood collection
• Formulate and prepare test substances for in vivo administration
• Maintain sample inventory and coordinate shipments
• Ensure compliance with IACUC, GLP, and non-GLP policies
• Manage mouse tumor model activities at CROs and external collaborations
• Design and coordinate in vivo mouse tumor model studies
• Perform data analysis and prepare presentations

Requirements

• BS or MS in biological science (animal science, pharmacology, cellular biology, etc.)
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in pharma/biotech
• Experience in cancer biology and oncology drug discovery
• Proficiency in in vivo techniques including dosing and blood collection
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic start-up environment
• Legal authorization to work in the US
