Research Associate II/III – Bioanalytical/In Vitro ADME/DMPK

Responsibilities

• Provide bioanalytical support for in-house PK and non-GLP safety TK
• Conduct bioanalytical method development and qualification for drug, metabolite, and biomarker analysis
• Independently develop LC-MS/MS methods to quantitate small molecules in in vitro and in vivo samples
• Perform metabolic identification (MetID) using LC-QTOF MS/MS
• Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain LC-MS/MS systems
• Manage projects conducted at CROs to ensure high quality bioanalytical data
• Maintain accurate and detailed scientific electronic laboratory notebooks

Requirements

• BS or Master’s degree with >4 years of experience in a discovery setting
• Extensive experience using LC-MS/MS within a pharmaceutical or biotechnology company
• Broad experience in small molecule drug candidate bioanalytical assay development
• Experience with AB SCIEX mass spectrometry software
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for matrix environment collaboration

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with H/UPLC and mass spectrometry
• Working knowledge of SCIEX LC-MS/MS systems
• PK analysis experience using Phoenix or similar data management software
• Experience managing CROs for outsourcing bioanalytical activities
