Research Associate II

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical expert and PDO support for R&D Kidney Care Solutions, managing product lifecycle activities and development projects
• Execute sustaining activities in compliance with QA, environmental, and regulatory standards
• Support technology transfer projects and manage change controls
• Establish, maintain, and update technical specifications regarding product appearance and characteristics
• Support worldwide product registration and launch by adhering to international, regional, and national regulations
• Provide technical leadership for product, process, and cost improvement initiatives
• Ensure effective internal and cross-functional communication with global stakeholders

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Chemistry or M. Pharm with 5-8 years of relevant experience, or a Ph.D. in a relevant science discipline with 3-4 years of experience
• Strong knowledge of product development stages and lifecycle management (development, stability, clinical, registration, etc.)
• Working knowledge of international, regional, and national regulatory standards
• Proven experience in project management and stakeholder management within a global environment
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and solve complex problems using root-cause analysis

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in technical support for regulatory authorities
• Strong documentation skills and attention to detail
• Ability to objectively identify technical solutions and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
