About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the research design and execution for a national digital AgeTech platform, including a nationwide e-Delphi study.
- Provide strategic oversight for co-creation and engagement activities to ensure they inform platform development and evaluation.
- Manage project workstreams by tracking timelines, managing risks, and coordinating deliverables among diverse partners.
- Collaborate with the National Research Council of Canada (NRC) and other stakeholders to integrate resources and ensure alignment.
- Synthesize insights from workshops and communities of practice into actionable evidence and platform improvements.
- Support iterative testing and refinement of the digital platform to ensure it is user-centered and impactful.
Requirements
- Master's degree is required; a PhD in a relevant field (e.g., Gerontology, Health Sciences, Public Health, Implementation Science, or Human-Computer Interaction) is preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience.
- Proven experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder research or innovation projects.
- Strong expertise in knowledge mobilization, co-creation, and/or implementation science.
- Exceptional relationship management skills with experience working alongside academic researchers and experts by lived experience.
